Čmáranice is an app for daily drawing with friends. By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Crews and rules of decency
Crews are private, invite-only groups. Only send your own drawings to a crew and write comments you wouldn’t be ashamed of in front of your grandma. In particular, the following is not allowed:
- insults, bullying, threats and hate speech,
- sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate content,
- spam and content that infringes the rights of others (such as someone else’s copyrighted work).
We have zero tolerance for inappropriate content. Every drawing, comment and crew can be reported to the crew founder, who can delete it, and anyone can be blocked – you then won’t see their content anywhere. Reports sent to support are handled within 24 hours.
Your drawings
Your drawings are yours. By sending them to a crew you allow the other crew members to view them, stamp them and comment on them. They are stored in your iCloud and in the crew’s shared iCloud space.
Shavings and the Stationery shop
Pencil shavings are a reward for drawing in the app. They can’t be bought or exchanged for money and have no monetary value. Items from the Stationery shop (stamps, frames, jokers) are for use in the app only.
The big crew Čmáranice official
Drawings you send to the big crew Čmáranice official can be seen by all its members. Only send your own drawings that don’t offend anyone and don’t break the law or the rights of others. We may delete inappropriate drawings without notice and remove their author from the big crew. You can turn sending off at any time.
Čmáranice+ (subscription)
Čmáranice+ is an optional monthly or yearly subscription. You can draw, collect shavings and play with your crew without it. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the last 24 hours of the period. You can cancel or change it any time in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. The subscription can be shared through Family Sharing. Payments, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by the App Store under Apple’s standard license terms.
Availability
We build the app with love, but without a guarantee that it will always be error-free or available. Crews work through iCloud. We may change, improve or discontinue the app.
