ČmáraniceČmáranice – support
Something not working, got an idea, or want to report inappropriate content? Write to [email protected] – we usually reply within 24 hours. The app is in Czech, but feel free to write in English.
I can’t see my friends’ drawings
The others’ drawings unlock once you draw yours. Pull down on the crew screen to refresh. Everyone needs to be signed in to iCloud.
I’m not getting notifications
Check that they’re allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Čmáranice, and that the switches are on in the app under Settings → Reminders. Crew notifications don’t arrive when the crew is muted with the bell.
New phone or reinstall
Sign in with the same Apple ID with iCloud turned on. Your sketchbook, crews, shavings, theme and reminders download automatically. Unfinished drawings that were never sent aren’t backed up.
Inappropriate content
Tap the three dots on a drawing or comment → Report as inappropriate. The crew founder can delete it. You can block the author and you won’t see their content anywhere.
